This place is near my workplace, so I stop in here once a week or so when I have to.
The owners/workers are always really happy and friendly. The coffee is good. They always have a daily special along with sandwiches, pastries, etc. The space is very well lit and open, well ventilated. However, the food is subpar. To be fair, it's just a little cafe not meant to serve up gourmet meals.. But still. It seems like most of their food is too bland, or way too rich.
I still come occasionally, simply because it's convenient, the owners are super friendly, and the food isn't TERRIBLE, it just isn't GREAT. -

I came in before work looking to grab a bagel. Stood around for a while in the empty cafe, and after waving someone down (I presume the owner) I placed my order. Our exchange began with him being very unfriendly, and it only got worse as my visit went on.
After about 10 minutes I finally received my bagel, but upon inspection there was maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese on the entire thing. After paying a decent sum for a simple bagel, I felt that this was pretty cheap. I pointed this out to the owner who demanded I pay him extra for what should be a normal cream cheese bagel. He continued speaking to me very rudely so I left with a sad bagel and a worse experience.
Suffice to say that this is a place to avoid. -

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat before heading to Stanley Park. Parking was easy to find.
We ordered a BLT and a chicken panini. They took the time to salt and pepper the tomatoes on the sandwich. What a nice touch. The chicken panini was flavorful, but I wish it was done a bit more.
Lunch was served with a side salad which was just a pile of lettuce which had a few brown spots.
Didn't have the coffee, so no comment on that. -

Good for a quick sandwich to-go when working nearby, but I wouldn't recommend the thai noodle salad though. It's pretty inedible - not enough 'salad' and too much noodle and sauce. The sauce is so heavy and sweet. It's just not very good.

This spot supplies the nearby office workers with a bit of home-cooking and served me nicely one rainy day as a refuge before a business meeting.
Large, bright windows look out over the waterfall feature and multi-lanes of West Georgia Street. The decor is homey -- kitchen furniture really. I just grabbed a quick coffee that was hot and not too strong. Service was reserved but still friendly.
There seem to be few options in this area so I'm sure these folks subsist on the local office workers. Definitely shows it's weekday reliance in a monotone personality that's as drab as the name. But hey, it works.
